Digital Advertising is LIVE!
iPipeline's first-ever dedicated digital advertising strategy hit the ground running in Q1 of 2024. A suite of branded and product-specific campaigns launched on Paid Search, Paid Social, and Paid Display throughout the US and UK.
Our goal is to strengthen our digital reputation, increase our online presence, drive traffic to our website, and compel users to book a call with iPipeline. While it will take some time to build sustainable momentum, early indicators are quite positive. Strong performance metrics point to a good foundation targeting relevant audience members.

We are excited to announce the promotion of our e-delivery solution, DocFast*, throughout June and July. This promotion will showcase the numerous new features built into the solution, emphasizing its unique advantages and market differentiators.
Our e-delivery solution transforms the manual document delivery process into a secure, seamless digital experience. With capabilities for multiple users and workflows, everyone in your distribution chain can electronically receive, review, and approve policies.

Launching Our Incentive Program for Case Studies Earn $500
We’re excited to announce the launch of our new Case Study Incentive Program, kicking off this week!
Case studies are a powerful tool to demonstrate the real-world impact of our solutions – and now, you can earn $500 USD (local currency equivalent) for helping us land one!
This incentive program is designed to recognize Pipers who help to identify customers willing to participate in a case study. This will enable us to showcase how our solutions add value to our customers’ businesses and set them up for growth and success.

What is a Case Study?
- Is an in-depth analysis that examines a specific project and highlights its success, challenges, and lessons learned.
- Includes information on background, solution integration, results, and customer quotes.
- Provides valuable insights into how our products add value to our customers' businesses.
- Helps build trust and credibility with potential clients and offer practical examples of our solutions. in action, making it easier for prospects to understand the benefits and applications.
How Does It Work?
An incentive of $500 USD (local currency equivalent) will be awarded to any employee who successfully assists with the completion of a case study from inception to publication from now until Friday, September 27, 2024.
Eligibility: The incentive program is not available to AVPs and above, or to any employee in marketing or sales.
The Process:
- Identify the ideal customer(s)
- Complete the case study outreach form and submit
- Your entry will be reviewed for viability by members of the Global Marketing Team
- Attend a 30-minute case study review call with Shruti Bist, Director of Product Marketing (North America) and Nick Jones, Director, Marketing (UK)
- Participate in the interview process and serve as the mediary between Marketing and our customer throughout the entire case study process
Note: Employees will not receive the incentive reward until all details are received from the customer, and the case study is finalized and approved.

We’re excited to announce that we launched our first Product 360 Global initiative, featuring AFFIRM for Annuities on April 10.
These sessions are designed for everyone to dive into our products, learn, and share knowledge. Open to all employees, our product managers are committed to providing basic insights -- everything from product information, target audience, product benefits, competitive analysis, and live demos.

Digital Marketing Update:
Digital Ads
The first two global evergreen iPipeline digital advertising campaigns launched in Q1 on LinkedIn Paid Social, marking the start of a dedicated channel initiative to complement existing marketing initiatives and influence the sales funnel.
There is a lot to test and learn in the coming months as we work to establish our online identity and expand our digital footprint, and we are excited to see how much digital advertising impacts our organization. Channel Marketing Update:
Upcoming Campaigns
We are hard at work building two multi-channel prospect campaigns featuring Agency Integrator and Laser App.
Both campaigns will launch in July and continue through the end of October. Marketing assets include email, organic social media, paid social media, digital landing pages, blogs/content marketing, a dimensional direct mailer, sales rep follow-up communications, and more.
