Say Hello to Kendall!
Kendall Borgmann joined the US Marketing team in January as a Content Marketing Specialist. She is based in the Exton office, reporting directly to Carol Rath Gosser, Director of Content & Communications.
In her role, Kendall will be responsible for writing creative copy for internal and external audiences, including social media posts, various emails, and blogs. She will also support the company’s PR efforts and work with the product, channel, and digital teams.
Kendall's experience includes roles at Vanguard and Traditions of America. She was born and raised in Chester County and has a bachelor’s degree in media and culture with distinction in strategic communications from West Chester University. An avid traveler, she also likes hiking, reading, and baking.

Product Rename Update: SalesIntegratorTM
SalesIntegrator to Replace CRMLite
We are thrilled to announce that CRMLite has completed the renaming process. Effective immediately, this product will now officially be known as SalesIntegrator. SalesIntegrator is our CRM solution that is specifically designed to seamlessly work with Agency Integrator. It provides an agency’s sales team with the right balance of traditional CRM functionality – while eliminating frustrating complexities associated with agency sales staff. Take a look at the SalesIntegrator new product slick.
Please reference the new name with the ™ symbol on the first reference, and as one word: SalesIntegrator™, and use in ALL internal and external communications going forward.
This change is already reflected on our website.

We are excited to announce our newest product, OneView.
A comprehensive solution offering agents/advisors with a unified and real-time view of their carrier’s order statuses - all in one location. Equipped with essential tools, OneView enables them to monitor, notify, and fix annuity orders seamlessly. OneView is currently only available in the US.

- Campaign Three: DocFast (Q2)
- Campaign Four: InsureSight (Q3)

Digital Marketing Updates: Digital Ads
iPipeline’s first ever dedicated digital advertising strategy went live at the end of January. We will launch several global campaigns across Google and LinkedIn (paid search, paid display, paid social) with the goal of driving traffic to our website, generating high quality leads, and ultimately boosting revenue.
These campaigns will run 24/7/365 to strengthen our digital presence and expand our reach.

Gold Ticket codes are on a first-come, first-served basis and Bill Hunter needs to approve all ticket code requests.
AMS Discount Codes:
Codes have been shared with eligible AMS Users through an email earlier this month and AMS codes can be found here: AMS Discount Codes.xlsx. Please encourage your customers to redeem their free passes and register for Connections 2024. Marketing is proactively promoting the conference to this target audience as well.
