MassMutual Strategic Distributors is dedicated to offering digitally accessible and innovative insurance products to our distribution partners. By leveraging iGO, the BGA community is now able to offer financial solutions from MassMutual's life and disability income insurance portfolio to their customers and clients!
To add MassMutual's Products to your iGO profile, simply take the following steps from your iPipeline iService:

- Go to the Administration tab
- Select Forms > iGO configuration > iGO e-App products > MassMutual
- Make sure you turn on:
- Whole Life
- Term Life
- Universal Life
- Life-LTC Hybrid
- Disability Income

- Who do I contact for data entry questions? Please contact B2B2@MassMutual.com and be sure to include your BGA name and iGO in the subject line.

- Where can I access more iGO help and training? iPipeline has a robust Customer Portal. Register to access the site to review available resources.
- Who can I contact at MMSD if I have questions? For general questions, if you do not see MassMutual products in your iGO instance, or if you have a new GA ID, please email: MMSDIGOBusinessSupport@MassMutual.com.
