Do you have a room block available?
Yes! All Connections 2025 sponsors and attendees are able to take advantage of special hotel rates we have coordinated directly with the Omni. The room block is currently open. Stay tuned for upcoming email communications that will be shared with sponsors so
you can start making your hotel reservations.
When will the attendee list be shared?
The attendee list will be shared with committed sponsors two weeks prior to the event and the post-attendee list will be shared two weeks after the event is over. Guidelines for use of the attendee list are as follows:
- • Any co-branded communications including the iPipeline name, logo, and/or event logo must be reviewed and approved by Christin DeLuzio.
- • The list may be used for a one-time-only email communication to the conference attendees. If the conference attendee opts in to receive additional communications from you, you may then continue to send periodic communications. You must receive the opt in as a result of your one-time-only email.
- • This list is not to be distributed to any non-sponsors.
- • Please limit who in your organization you share this list with.
What format does our logo need to be provided in?
We request that you provide your logo in full-color and reversed options via .eps or .png format.
When does registration open?
Registration will open in November 2024 and will remain open until the start of the event.
What is the deadline for committing to a sponsorship?
All 2024 sponsorships must be committed no later than March 28, 2025.
Invoicing and Payment – How does that work?
We accept check, wire transfer, and credit card payments for all sponsorships. All sponsorship fees will be billed and payment required, in full, no later than April 1, 2025. Please note any past due balances are subject to a $25 late fee plus 1.5% interest per month.
Do I get to pick my own booth space?
Yes! Sponsors will get to choose their exact booth location at the time of contract. All booth locations will be chosen by the sponsor and will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Be sure to lock in your 2025 sponsorship early to ensure a prime booth space in the exhibit hall!
Will Connections 2025 have a mobile app?
Yes! We are excited to offer a dynamic mobile app experience for both our attendees and our sponsors. Additional details regarding our mobile app will be shared as we get closer to Connections 2025.
