Returning home from my first Connections conference, I am so grateful for the opportunity to have joined all of you in Orlando. With all the changes we made to this event, including a brand-new location, we are so glad you were able to be an important part of the magic of Connections.

Over the three days, which seemed to fly by much too quickly, I hope you had a chance to make the most of your time. From reconnecting with familiar faces, meeting new ones, learning from subject matter experts and industry leaders, participating in insightful discussions, to experiencing the thrilling rollercoaster and getting soaked by the Orcas at SeaWorld (or was that just me?), I really hope you had as much fun as I did.

AI and Our Industry: What's Next?

In this highly anticipated session, more than 140 registered participants explored the hot topic of AI with Roy Goodart, VP, Product Management – Data and Life, and Shaughn McCluskey, Financial Services Specialist – Digital Insurance with AWS (Amazon Web Services). Together, they dove deep into the future of AI and discussed how our industry could use it to its advantage to individualize both the consumer and agent experience. They also discussed the ethics, implications, and the many questions to ask when considering the use of AI.

Innovation Corner: The Latest Developments from iPipeline

In this exciting session, iPipeline Chief Innovation Officer Bill Atlee highlighted some of the latest innovations in our pipeline for more than 120 attendees. Guests walked away inspired, ready for the future of the industry, and an understanding of iPipeline’s efforts in helping you continue to secure financial futures.

Daniel Jones, Head of IFS Professional Services, led an exciting panel discussion, featuring Derek Alexander, Director, Investment Operations at MassMutual Investor Services, Regina Campbell, Vice President of Operations Business Owner at LPL, and Kelly Leach, Vice President and Senior Operations Manager at DA Davidson. Together, they explored hot topics regarding the latest trends in the wealth industry, exploring industry consolidation, expansion, regulatory change, and more.

Demonstration Showcase

iPipeline's Carly Fetzer, Senior Sales Engineer, and Greg Levins, AVP, Product Management, forecasted what technology users can expect in the future. In this session of 90+ participants, new and soon-to-be-released features of iPipeline’s end-to-end platform were showcased. Attendees who are actual users had a chance to share their real-life feedback on these these solutions.

BGAs and the iPipeline Carrier Ecosystem

In this session with iPipeline's Serena Sanders, Director of Implementation and Support, carrier partners discussed integrations, highlighted carrier pending case feeds, and provided details on how to further improve turnaround times as well as how to place cases faster.
